**Définitions**

Personal Data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Data Controller: person (natural or legal) who manages the processing resources put in place and their objectives.

**Declaration**

Nicolas POTIER is recognized as Data Controller when it defines the means and objectives of the processing of personal data.
