Developer since many years on differents coding languages, I, for this software Ker2FA, implemented data protection mechanisms to prevent any recovery by unauthorized third parties.
Database : This software use database which data are natively encrypted by database engine. This permit to have a high security for data.
Date : This software always encrypt data the most important, in addition with database encryption.
Cloud synchronisation : This software can, also and without any obligation, communicate with a cloud. This communication use a website with SSL activated and data are always encrypted by the software and by the website for blocking any man-in-the-middle attack.
After had validate all the source code for application Ker2FA, I worked to simplify the use for permit at lots of people to use it easily.
Icons : This software use icons in place of texts on button for easily see an action.
Clickable area : If it's possible, clickable area are large to permit a quick use on any screen size.
Path : I also worked the logical path between enter, modify and delete 2FA key for all of that seems easy to understand.
I do choice to not use any ad service for Ker2FA and to not have system to send informations about the application usage.
0 ad : This software don't use any ads and to have ads installed on it.
Pistage : This software don't send any informations - except for specific case indicated below [update & cloud synchronisation].
Pistage mise à jour : This function can be desactivated easily. Send infroamtion about version for testing if update available.
Pistage synchronisation cloud : This function can be desactivated easily. Data are send encrypted and throught a SSL website. Only 2FA information has been send, no personal data.
You can install Ker2FA from an USB key or any other method "off-line", this software will work perfectly. Options for update and cloud synchronisation will can't work of course.
Download : This software need a download only for have the installation executable. After, you can use it without internet.
Use : Only options update and cloud synchronisation need internet, all other operations will work without internet.
Admin rights : Instalaltion executable and the software will work without need of admin rights, the software will be isntalled into user directory.
For have the most number of people to use this software Ker2FA, I translated all the application and all websites linked to it in french and english.
French : The software and sites linked to it are natively been developed in french.
English : All texts has been translated in english, this included all error messages.
Choose language : In a few clicks, you can modify the language on windows or on Android !
